Kari Paramore - North Carolina and Kentucky

North Carolina Licensed Broker, TLG Network Kentucky Regional Leader

A little bit about me...

Born in Shalimar, Florida, I relocated to Hampton, VA, at approximately age two, and subsequently to Goldsboro, NC, as a military child. My real estate experience in North Carolina began in 2018, primarily focusing on assisting buyers, until I obtained my Broker in Charge license approximately two years ago, leading to the establishment of my own agency.

I discovered that teamwork, where colleagues collaborate towards mutual support and professional community service, was the ideal approach for me. I am dedicated to assisting other agents, listing properties, and have recently concentrated on referrals, stemming from my move to Kentucky, where I am currently pursuing licensure to support our investment initiatives.

My objectives for the next six months entail successfully completing my examination, expanding my knowledge of the agency I'm with, and articulating the reasons for my affiliation with this exceptional team. Although I anticipate working with sellers in the near future, I currently direct clients to the top agents within our nationwide Epique team , which I found to be my "other" family.

Prior to my real estate career, I was a stay-at-home mother, homeschooling my two children. I also served as a minister's wife, operated a cleaning business, and held the position of Assistant Property Manager, overseeing a range of tasks, from financial transactions to inspections.

Beyond my professional pursuits in real estate, I find pleasure in relaxing at home, traveling with my husband, shopping, sewing, and supporting women in business. My personal motto, "No dream is too big," reflects my commitment to empowering other women in realizing their aspirations. My perspective is, "It's not When?", but "How Can I?"
