Nikki Jo Jones is a proud mom to three boys, balancing a vibrant family life with a thriving real estate career. Originally from Aspermont, Texas—just 60 miles north of Abilene—Nikki made Abilene home in 2006 and quickly fell in love with West Texas living. “I grew up coming here on the weekends for the restaurants and shopping,” she shares. “I watched Abilene grow into the wonderful city it is today. I’m so happy my boys had the opportunity to grow up in such a healthy, prosperous community.”

In 2008, shortly after the birth of her youngest son, Nikki launched a successful career in direct sales. Within just 18 months, she rose to become the top-ranked consultant in her company, leading more than 2,000 consultants and mentoring 30 Directors. Her success earned her elite incentive trips to Hawaii, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, an Alaskan cruise, Disney World, and numerous visits to Mexico. But as much as she loved that chapter, her heart began pulling her toward a more local mission—real estate.

Nikki became a licensed Realtor in 2013, beginning her real estate journey part-time while still managing her sales business and a bustling household of boys. By 2017, her passion for real estate had taken full flight, generating over $6 million in sales that year alone. In 2018, she joined Texas Lifestyles Group as one of the first agents on the team and is proudly considered a “Team OG.” She credits the team for helping her maintain balance while continuing to grow professionally and personally. “I found that a team enabled me to continue a stronger focus on my personal sales and truly serve my clients to the fullest.”

Today, Nikki consistently closes over $15 million in annual sales and has become one of the most recognized names in the market. She has been honored multiple times as Realtor of the Year and Listing Agent of the Year, and is a Power Agent with Epique Realty. Nikki also serves on the Board of Directors for the TLG Network, where she oversees Agent Accountability, mentoring and supporting agents in their business growth. Her continued success is rooted in her core values: God, Family, and then Business.
