Born in Louisiana and raised partly in Texas, Robbie proudly claims both states as home, as well as Mississippi. She spent her early years in Texas before returning to Louisiana to finish high school and earn her degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette; forever a proud Ragin’ Cajun! Her first child was born in Mississippi, further rooting her heart in the South. Over the years, she’s called Baton Rouge, LA; Jackson, MS; and Destin, FL home before settling in Abilene, TX with the love of her life, Jeff.

Robbie and Jeff share a beautiful blended family of five amazing children. In a touching testament to their bond, Jeff adopted Robbie’s children as adults at their request. Their children have built successful careers across industries—from finance and medicine to real estate—and one is even a New York Times bestselling author. They also enjoy close relationships with two wonderful sons-in-law and a daughter-in-law. Their growing legacy includes eight grandchildren, who bring joy to their lives from Texas to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Faith and mutual respect are the foundation of Jeff and Robbie’s relationship. When not working, they cherish their time together, whether enjoying life on their 20-acre property in Abilene or relaxing on the MS Gulf Coast. They’re also proud rescue dog parents to three beloved standard poodles.

Robbie’s real estate career began at the gates of the prestigious Country Club of Louisiana in Baton Rouge. She later became a Florida Broker and spent 18 successful years in Destin, earning the title of Realtor of the Year twice. Since relocating to Abilene 12 years ago, Robbie has become a Texas Broker and is now the Owner, Team Leader, and Coach of the nationally recognized TLG Network;  a top Power Team with Epique Realty. Her team has earned a Top 100 national ranking, most recently placing #51 in the U.S.

Robbie holds numerous certifications and designations in areas including luxury properties, military relocations, probate, divorce real estate, green living, resort and international properties, distressed sales, and home staging and design.

Her greatest passion? Pouring into the success of her team and clients. Robbie is the founder of Empower Coaching, where she serves as a national real estate sales coach. She is also a Power Coach for Epique Realty. Robbie leads her team with intention, heart, and a commitment to excellence. Whether guiding agents toward their next breakthrough or helping buyers and sellers reach their goals, Robbie brings unmatched expertise, care, and energy to every interaction.
